No, seriously you will be your own boss! Tired of working for someone else? Tired of someone else making the rules? Tired of someone else being in control you? Then this is the job for you, here at Colors on Parade, New Operator franchisees undergo a through initial training program that includes both classroom at the Corporate Headquarters and in the field, hands-on training and at the end of the apprenticeship, the you will then attend 40 hours of final training at the corporate headquarters in order to complete their certification. Congratulations, you are now on the road to becoming your own boss!

Ok you are now your own boss, great! What now? You didn’t think we would leave you hanging did you? With our industry knowledge and expertise we’ve been able to make that trip from brand new franchisee to income producer shorter than it has ever been. We will bring you out to our corporate headquarters and teach you everything you need to know. We will arm you will the knowledge of colors theory and have you do hands on practice with restoration, blending, and finishing techniques. Do not worry about financial issue or software either because we will teach you everything from sales and income tax to financial statements. Worried about getting the word about your new business?
